Deep Dive

Let The Stevenson Company analysts analyze your TraQline data for one or more categories. Working with hundreds of customers gives us the unique perspective on how others are using TraQline – allowing us to show you and your team the most insightful parts of the TraQline data. We use a three part method to create our deep dives:

1. Consultation – a critical step in the process which allows us to understand what issues you feel are facing your business so we can address them in the deep dive.

2. Reporting – our analysts generate a report based on your issues and our experience.

3. Presentation – Deep dive presentations typically involve executives or director level decision makers. Gathering these individuals in the room facilitates discussion and marketplace understanding.

Dashboard Reports

Four page quarterly market graphical snapshot of unit share, dollar share, and price trends for a specific category. When you don’t have time or resources to pull together summaries of TraQline information, the Dashboard Reports allow for a quick snapshot of the marketplace. It provides enough information to get a feel for marketplace trends, without digging too deep and spending additional analysis time. It provides enough background to allow for analysts to see trends and go to the TraQline website to answer “why?” This report is excellent for busy executives, researchers, and marketing managers alike.

Executive Summary Reports

Summary of a category presented in an easy to read, four page report with 14 charts/tables. Provides a market snapshot, plus insights into shopping behavior, price trends, and demographic profile of buyers for a specific category. Users also have the ability to add additional graphs/tables into the package.

Development Indices

Category management reports that enable the user to differentiate strong versus under performing markets and demographic segments for categories, brands, and retailers.

Demographic Reports

Report combining all demographic information on a single table. This summary includes both retailers and brands for a specific category. How Used: This report saves time by placing all demographic variables on one page in an easy to read format.Use Demographic Reports to:

  • Compare your demographic profile to that of your competitors.
  • Compare profiles of the retailers to whom you sell.
  • Determine if you are excelling in your target market.
  • Help drive the right type of marketing to your customers (e.g. you are attracting higher end consumers; adjust media buys to account for this).
