Which retailers does TraQline cover? Does TraQline data cover the smaller markets?
All of them. Unlike other surveys which require retailer or manufacturer participation, TraQline goes right to the people who actually buy your products.  As long as the sample is representative of the US Population (and TraQline is), TraQline measures behavior in the entire market. We can track even the smallest stores, brands and geographies.

I am responsible for supplying accurate, timely data to my product research team. What assurance can TraQline give me that data is correct and actionable?

My research needs don’t seem to fit into a “cookie cutter” format. Can TraQline help me target specifics for my new product research?
Yes. Custom research projects dovetail nicely with the regular TraQline survey. We are able to design a one-time, custom follow-up survey of low-incidence purchases or with hard-to-find respondents. And proprietary questions can be inserted into the regular survey. Contact us for details.

I often want to see results when I am away from my office. Does TraQline require that I carry a CD with me to view the results?
No. Because the surveys are web-based, TraQline allows desktop to desktop access, providing easy ad-hoc analytic capability and customized reporting from any web browser. There is no extra effort on your part. This approach makes the quarterly updates transparent to you and gives you any future TraQline improvements immediately.

Some surveys “evolve” and play havoc with market interpretation. How can I be sure your results will be accurate and consistent over time?
TraQline is managed and syndicated by The Stevenson Company, which has over 25 years experience actually using this type of market tracking information inside major corporations. What if TraQline can’t answer my questions?
The analysts at The Stevenson Company have a vast array of research tools available to them and have years of expertise in custom research.  If the answer is not in TraQline, we can design a custom research piece to meet your needs and answer your toughest business questions.

Can I just get a single quarter’s data for a single product without a subscription?
No. The minimum subscription period for any product is one year.
