Menards tops J.D. Power leader board | HBSDealer Staff: J.D. Power recently put out its list of home improvement retailers with top customer satisfaction. Menards unseated Ace Hardware for the top spot, which Ace had previously held for 11 years. Additionally, they provided words of wisdom for retailers hoping to improve their own customer satisfaction.

Eye on Retail: Consumers Expect more data security regulations | Deena M. Amato-McCoy: As data breaches become all too common, keeping consumer data safe is becoming an important part of maintaining customer loyalty. By being transparent about how data is protected, retailers can reassure their consumers that their data is being kept private, and not being bought and sold to advertisers.
